Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum

The Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum has been enacted to provide better protection to the interests of customers of the "Member of CREDAI-UP" and for that purpose to make provision for the establishment of authorities for the settlement of customer’s dispute and other related matters.

The jurisdiction of the Grievances Redressal Forum extends to the whole UP except the NCR region and the forum deals with the complaints of the customers of the CREDAI-UP members.

The jurisdiction of the Forum shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law of land for the time being in force.
